In Matthew chapter 21 everything changes. Jesus was more quiet and subtle in the past, but now he is bursting on to the scene in Jerusalem. Jesus spoke in parables in the past, but now he is prophetically pronouncing himself as the ultimate prophet, priest, and king. This week's message overviews the big idea of a series of stories at the end of Matthew 20 and in the first half of Matthew 21. That big idea is that Jesus is THE last and final prophet of Israel.
