A Song About A Royal Priest
The Songs of Our Savior
Scripture/Text: Psalm 110:1-7; In this week's message, Pastor Phill preaches from Psalm 110, revealing that this psalm is not merely a 3,000-year-old song written only by a man named David, but a Holy Spirit inspired "living script" of an immersive Theo-drama that we are invited to participate in. Since all of human and salvation history unfolds as part of God's great drama (Theo-drama), Psalm 110 challenges us to see ourselves not as passive spectators but as "spect-actors who are active participants in this divine narrative. Therefore, the central question that this psalm challenges us with is: what role will we play in God's drama? Which "spect-actor" will you be as this script continues to unfold—one of the enemies of the Son or a humble and willing soldier in the Lord's priestly army?
