Pastor Phill preaches this Sunday (Feb. 5, 2023) on Psalm 71. The 71st sermon in the Psalm series, the big idea this week is that if God’s righteousness rescued David from impending shame in his retirement, how might God’s righteousness rescue us from a retirement filled with shame?

Believers can tend to not show honor toward the older members of their church while striving for a retirement that will be both temporary and short-of-expectations. God rescues us from our sins and our shame based on the righteousness of His Son Jesus Christ who died for us on the cross.
