Our studies through the gospel of Matthew continued this week with two stories about Jesus. The first story is of Jesus predicting his death and resurrection again. The second story is of the disciples desire to sit in seats of honor in the kingdom of God. In both of these stories Jesus teaches us that the way up in God's kingdom is down.
