Scripture/Text: Matthew 14:22-36; This week's message is from the second half of Matthew 14 and contains two stories about Jesus. The first story is the well-known account of Jesus walking on water in the sea of Galilee after spending all night praying alone. The second story is about Jesus healing all the people who come to him once the boat arrives on shore. Throughout this passage and these two stories we considered two questions: 1) What does this passage teach us about Jesus? and 2) What does this passage teach us about ourselves?
