a. Pace Yourself

b. Lay aside weights and sins

c. Remember these three things:
# 1 - When you are weak, then you will be getting stronger.
# 2 - We are all children running the race
# 3 - We are not running this race alone. It is like a relay race.

d. Look to Jesus. We are running behind Jesus and we need to run like Jesus
